Dana Baker is an upcoming plus size model from Kentucky.  From a small town known as Franklin, she is getting some recognition being that she just recently signed on to be the new 2016 Face of the newly added plus division of Passionista Apparel brand out of the US Virgin Islands.  After entering an international modeling contest while beating all odds of winning the competition.  Dana was the only model from the United States to make it to the top 15 finalist and she was one of only two participants who are considered to be full figured competing against hundreds of straight size models as well.  Before the big win, Ms. Baker enjoyed gaining experience in the modeling industry.  She is a mother of 3 and the wife of Rapper KY BOY.  She also holds the first and only title of being the 2014 Top Model of Kentucky in which she won during the Miss Plus America Pageant.  She has walked many runways, represented brands and has been instrumental in promoting confidence/style for such companies as: Ardyss (Body Magic), Curve Nation LLC and True Entertainment Magazine.  She believes in and promotes the idea of following your dreams and loving yourself no matter what size you are.  She feels that it all comes down to believing in yourself and having confidence in every little thing that you do.  She got her start after she traveled the country with her husband KY BOY (opening act for the World famous Rap Group Nappy Roots), although she gained experience as a promotional model and enjoyed the ride in support of her husband; she wanted to live out her own personal dreams of becoming a plus size model.
